Premium & billing
Paid members can open Manage Subscription from the SkabStudio account page to update payment details or cancel through Stripe. If a successful payment has not activated Premium after a short wait, sign out and back in, then check again.
Account access
Use the password-reset option on the Account page if you cannot remember your password. Never share passwords, Stripe payment details or private authentication links with other people.
Report content
Use SkabStudio’s report controls where they are available on community content. Reports are reviewed for moderation and community-safety purposes.
Technical issues
For a problem with a tool, include the tool name, device/browser, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Screenshots are useful, but remove private payment, address, phone or account details before sharing them.
SKAB TRACE
SKAB TRACE is an Android utility that works locally on the device. Installation and privacy information is available on the SKAB TRACE page.
Privacy & Data Request
Use this option if you want to ask what personal information SkabStudio holds about you, request a copy or correction, request deletion where the right applies, object to or restrict certain processing, or make a data-protection complaint.
Include your SkabStudio account email or Driver Tag where relevant so the correct account can be identified. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Data-protection complaints will be acknowledged within 30 days and handled in line with the Privacy Policy.
