Terms of Use
These Terms apply when you use SkabStudio, including its website, member accounts, community areas, tools and Premium features. By using SkabStudio, you agree to use the service responsibly and lawfully.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and activity carried out through it. Do not access another person’s account without permission, impersonate another member, artist, team or moderator, deliberately bypass Premium controls, interfere with the service, exploit security vulnerabilities or use SkabStudio for unlawful activity.
Community conduct
SkabStudio is intended to be a constructive gaming, art and car community. Community areas must not be used for harassment, threats, hate, spam, deliberate disruption, impersonation, unlawful content or publication of another person’s private information. Content may be removed and accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary for moderation, security or legal reasons.
Your content
You remain the owner of original content that you own. By submitting content to SkabStudio, you give SkabStudio a non-exclusive permission to host, store, technically process and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service and the community feature to which you submitted it.
You must only submit material that you have the right or permission to use.
Artist and creator credit
If a ride, livery, build or other submission uses another artist’s work, provide appropriate credit. Credit does not replace permission where permission is legally required. SkabStudio may remove content following a legitimate copyright, intellectual-property or other rights complaint.
Public community content
Profiles, garages, rides, comments and other content submitted to public community sections may be visible to other people. You are responsible for deciding what information you publish publicly. Do not intentionally publish another person’s private or sensitive information without permission.
Chat and direct messages
Community Chat is a shared community feature and messages posted there may be visible to other participating members. Direct Messages are intended to be visible only to the participants. SkabStudio may take reasonable action where messages are reported or where investigation is necessary for safety, abuse prevention, security or legal compliance.
Reports and moderation
Members may use available reporting features to report content or behaviour. SkabStudio may investigate reports and take reasonable moderation action, including removing content or restricting accounts. Deliberately false or malicious reports may themselves be treated as misuse of the service.
Tools and codes
SkabStudio provides creative tools and utilities primarily for the FR Legends community. Results, codes, graphics or other outputs may require adjustment and are not guaranteed to work identically in every game version, device or environment. You are responsible for how you use generated results and for ensuring your use does not infringe another person’s rights.
SKAB TRACE
SKAB TRACE is an independent Android utility provided by SkabStudio and is designed to display a user-selected reference image over another Android application. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any artwork or image selected for tracing. Compatibility may vary between Android devices and versions.
Premium membership
SkabStudio offers optional Premium membership. The price and billing interval displayed before subscribing apply to your purchase. Where Premium is sold as a recurring subscription, it renews automatically according to the billing interval displayed unless cancelled. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and Premium access is activated after SkabStudio receives confirmation of an active subscription.
Founding Premium
Where SkabStudio offers qualifying founding members a £1-per-month price for as long as their subscription remains continuously active, that price applies while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. If that subscription is cancelled or ends, restarting Premium later may be offered at the price available at that time.
Managing or cancelling Premium
Paid Premium members can use the Manage Subscription option provided through their SkabStudio account to manage payment information or cancel through Stripe. Where cancellation takes effect at the end of an existing paid billing period, Premium access may continue until that period expires. Cancellation prevents future renewals once it takes effect.
Nothing in these Terms removes any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that applies under law.
Complimentary Premium
SkabStudio may provide Premium access to selected community, team, testing or other accounts without requiring a paid Stripe subscription. Complimentary access may be changed or withdrawn unless otherwise agreed.
Availability and changes
SkabStudio is an evolving independent project. Features may be added, modified, repaired, replaced, temporarily unavailable or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service functioning and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party services
Some SkabStudio features rely on third-party services including Supabase, Stripe and Cloudflare. Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Independent project
SkabStudio is an independent community project and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by FR Legends or its developers. Other company names, game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, SkabStudio is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from use of the service in a way that was not intended or reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the SkabStudio Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as SkabStudio develops or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its most recent update date.
